§ 26-36. Penalties.

(a)

Any person violating any provision of this article, or any rule or regulation promulgated by the emergency management agency, shall be tried before the magistrate court of the county. The procedure for enforcement of this article shall be as provided in O.C.G.A. §§ 15-10-60—15-10-66.

(b)

Upon conviction, a violation of this article may be punished as provided in section 1-13.
