§ 54-33. Penalty.

(a)

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be tried before the magistrate court of the county. The procedure for enforcement of this article shall be as provided in O.C.G.A. §§ 15-10-60—15-10-66.

(b)

Upon conviction, any person violating this article may be punished as provided in section 1-13.

(c)

As an alternative, the magistrate court may, at its discretion, sentence a person convicted of violating this article to community service.
