§ 58-31. Hours of use.

All public parks located within the unincorporated area of the county shall be open from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. each day. The parks, except as otherwise set out, shall be closed for use from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. each day; however, the hours when public parks are closed to the general public shall not apply to persons using the park for the purpose of trailering boats into or from water areas using the park area for fishing or camping in areas designated for that purpose.
