§ 2-157. Designation; membership; functions and powers.

The hospital authority shall be known as the Hospital Authority of Hart County, Georgia, and shall consist of nine members who shall be residents of the county. The authority shall be deemed to exercise public and essential governmental functions and shall have all the powers granted such authorities by the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 31-7-72 et seq.
