§ 2-158. Terms.

The board of directors of the hospital authority shall consist of nine members to be appointed as set forth in O.C.G.A. § 31-7-72(b). If at the end of any term of office of any director a successor shall not have been appointed, the director whose term of office shall have expired shall continue to hold office until his successor shall have been appointed and qualified.
